We are a premier community of 682 homes in the Southern part of Surprise, AZ, bordered by Litchfield Road, Peoria Ave, Cactus Road, and Bullard Ave.
HOA Board
We currently have a 5-member HOA Board of Directors, serving 1-year terms. Meetings are typically held on the 4th Wednesday of every month.
Management Company
Our current management company is FirstService Residential. Our current manager is Jonathan Sweat and our Assistant Manager is Veronica Nicholls
